He is always on time, courteous and we know our parents are safe in Ben’s care. He has taken care of our car maintenance and kept it looking shiny and new. We contacted & hired Granville Concierge from roundtrip transportation from our home to CMH airport for our vacation. We had an early morning flight on the day of our departure. Ben’s arrival was prompt, our bags were quickly loaded into the spacious vehicle and he brought me small travel bag! 😊

I hired Ben and his team for a hassle-free ride to and from the airport during a family reunion in Granville. He and his team made everything easy, from booking to confirmation to arrival/departure. While other travelers were standing in long rental car lines at the airport waiting for hours, all I had to do was wait curbside for a luxurious pickup! We requested Granville Concierge for a car detailing on our large SUV - they were nothing short of PHENOMENAL! We certainly gave them a challenge, we have two kids and three dogs and travel frequently in the car - no easy task!
